Privacy policy
Plain words about the information Spark Receptionist handles. Effective October 13, 2026.
Who we are
Spark Receptionist is a service of Spark More Money, run by Peter Klein in South Florida. Contact: peterkleinusa@gmail.com or 561-777-5487.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, website and the business details you add for your receptionist.
- Calls your receptionist answers: the caller’s phone number, the time and length of the call, a written transcript, a short summary, any booking request or message, and — unless you turn recording off — an audio recording.
- Website voice calls: the same, without a phone number unless the visitor says one.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data: standard server logs to keep the service safe. We don’t use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to run your receptionist: answer and summarize your calls, show them in your app, email you, block spam, bill you, and help you when you ask. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use your calls to advertise.
Who helps us run it
We use trusted providers who process data only to deliver the service: OpenAI (the real-time voice), Twilio (phone lines and recordings), Anthropic (call summaries), Supabase (secure storage), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting) and Stripe (payments). If you turn on a webhook, your call details are also sent to the address you choose.
Callers and recording
Your receptionist tells every caller that she is a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. If you turn recording off, she stops saying it and no audio is kept. You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws that apply to your business and your callers.
How long we keep it
We keep your calls while your account is open so you can look back at them. You can delete any call in your app at any time. If you close your account, email us and we’ll delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can see, change or delete your information in the app, or ask us to by email. Callers who want their information removed can contact the business they called, or us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, sign-in uses one-time codes, and only you, the people you add, and our small team (when helping you) can see your calls.
Children
Spark Receptionist is a business service and isn’t meant for children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll email account holders before it takes effect.
