Terms of service
The simple rules for using Spark Receptionist. Effective October 13, 2026.
The service
Spark Receptionist (“we”) is an AI receptionist run by Spark More Money. It answers phone calls and website voice calls for your business (“you”), takes booking requests and messages, screens spam and sends you summaries.
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with up to 60 minutes of calls. No card is needed and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. When the trial ends without a plan, your receptionist stops answering.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance by card through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes a number of minutes per month; extra minutes are billed at the rate shown on our pricing page (currently 19¢ a minute) on your next bill. Unused minutes don’t roll over. You can change or cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change with 30 days’ email notice.
Your responsibilities
- Give your receptionist accurate information about your business. She answers from what you provide.
- Follow the laws that apply to you and your callers, including call-recording and consumer laws.
- Don’t use the service for illegal, harmful or deceptive calls, robocalling, or emergency services.
- Don’t use it to collect medical, financial account or other highly sensitive information.
AI limits
Your receptionist is an AI. She is designed to be careful and honest, but she can mishear or make mistakes. Check summaries and confirm bookings yourself. She is not a replacement for emergency services — callers with an emergency should call 911.
Phone numbers
The phone number we give your receptionist is provided for use with the service. If your account closes, the number may be released.
Availability
We work hard to answer every call, but we depend on phone, internet and AI providers and can’t promise the service will never be interrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Ending the service
You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don’t pay, after telling you when we reasonably can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
