This works on the Galaxy Z Fold, Z Flip, S series and A series. There are two ways. The menu is easiest; the codes work if your menu looks different.

The easy way: the Phone app menu

Open the Phone app.
Tap the three dots (⋮) at the top right, then Settings.
Tap Supplementary services (on some phones: More call settings).
Tap Call forwarding, then Voice call.
Tap Forward when unanswered, type your Spark Receptionist number, and tap Turn on.
Do the same for Forward when busy and Forward when unreachable.

Don’t turn on Always forward — that sends every call to her and your phone won’t ring at all. On a Galaxy Z Fold, the Phone app looks the same open or closed.

Verizon customers

Verizon Samsung phones often don’t show the menu. Use the Verizon code instead:

AT&T, T-Mobile and most others: the codes

Turn it on

Open your phone’s keypad (the same screen you use to dial a number). Dial each code below and press Call. You’ll see or hear a short “registration successful” message. Do all three so she catches every call you miss.

Want more rings before she answers?

Add the number of seconds (5 to 30) at the end. This one waits 25 seconds:

Turn it off

Dial these to send missed calls back to your old voicemail:

Test it

Ask a friend to call your number and don’t answer. After a few rings she should pick up in your business’s name. You’ll see the call in your app a minute later.
