Verizon call forwarding for missed calls (*71)
Verizon calls this No Answer/Busy Transfer. Your phone rings first; if you don’t answer or you’re on another call, the call goes to her.
Turn it on
- Open your phone’s keypad.
- Dial the code below and press Call.
- Wait for the confirmation tone or message, then hang up.

*73Dialing *72 forwards all calls so your phone never rings — you don’t want that one. You can also manage call forwarding in the My Verizon app or website.
Test it
Ask a friend to call your number and don’t answer. After a few rings she should pick up in your business’s name. You’ll see the call in your app a minute later.
